研究方向  

编辑 向荣教授致力于研究肿瘤微环境对肿瘤干细胞及肿瘤细胞分化、生长、凋亡及转移的影响，并探索新的肿瘤治疗策略。主要的研究方向包括：

1） 在细胞水平探讨肿瘤微环境（主要是肿瘤相关巨噬细胞TAM）与肿瘤细胞及肿瘤干细胞之间的相互作用关系。

2）探索参与肿瘤微环境与肿瘤细胞及肿瘤干细胞之间的相互作用的分子信号通路。

3）针对肿瘤微环境和肿瘤细胞及肿瘤干细胞的小分子药物的设计与开发。

4）结合小分子化合物与肿瘤免疫的手段（包括DNA疫苗，细胞因子辅助的方法）来制定新型的肿瘤治疗策略，增强抗肿瘤的治疗效果。
